The only negative I have to report was locating the supplies on your web page. I have a Fluval 306. Every item I searched for was for the xx4 and xx5 series according to the text with the item. By accident I discovered a spreadsheet at the bottom of the page, which outlined which component I needed for my filter. You need to update your webpage so that everything is in one spot. That will make you "5 star".
