The Catit Senses Food Maze is a sure way to feed your cat and stimulate its mind at the same time. Gone are the days where your cat doesn't have to work for its food! The Food Maze teaches your cat that if its wants a treat, it will have to work for it. The maze helps promote activity and helps develop your cat's brain. If your cat isn't hungry, it won't want to work for its food, so the Food Maze is a great way to help with over-feeding and obesity issues. Education with Rewards combines with the Catit Senses Food Maze.
Cat senses are unique; they see and hear sights and sounds that are beyond our understanding, and with their sense of taste, touch and smell they experience the world in ways we can only imagine. Our line of Catit Design Senses products was developed with your cat in mind, designed to appeal to all of your cat's senses. Each Catit Design Senses product can be purchased individually, or be purchased together to create a complete Sensory Activity Center for your pet.
The Catit Design Senses Food Maze is the smart way to feed your cat. The cat moves the food (or treats) through the maze by pawing at it through the side openings until it drops down to the food tray. The Food Maze appeals to your cat's sense of touch and taste while encouraging mental and physical activity. By making your cat work work for its food; and monitoring the amount of food added to the maze, the Food Maze can be a valuable tool to help with overeating or obesity problems. The Catit Design Sense Food Maze offer various levels of difficulty to challenge your cat's abilities. Features include:
- Side Cut-outs: Cat moves the food through the maze by pawing at it through the side openings
- Food Tray: As the food moves through the maze, it collects in the food tray at the bottom of the maze
- Varying levels of difficulty: rotating disc located inside the maze allow you to increase or decrease the openings for a more difficult challenge
- Accu-Pressure Mat: provides pressure point paw massage
- Great concept for food Review by Kimberly
I just got it and was very excited, we spend all day long feeding treats to our cats that sit and meow at us. It was easy to assemble and is built very sturdy. That being said, I put 10 treats in the top to see if the cats would give it a try; they love playing with it! So much, the treats were gone in minutes. I will use it for dry food. I can't afford to have 25lb cats! (Posted on 3/6/14)

- Great concept..... Review by Bobbi
This is a great idea, but it may not work for every cat. It worked great at first, but it didn't take long for her to figure out an easy way to get the food out. She "head butts" it and the food goes straight down to the bottom. We had to tape a paper plate over the hole in the top where the food goes because she'd sit up and stick her face in to eat it.....and sometimes knock it over! Now she doesn't even try to get the food out of the maze.....she sits up on her haunches, "grabs" the top layer with her paw, pulls it toward her and lets go. The food goes straight down to the bottom, or if she does it hard enough, the whole thing tips over. It is made well and was easy to assemble and would probably work great for most cats!
