Your Rating Product Greenies Hickory Smoke Dog Pill Pockets for Capsules 2.9Lbs (6 x7.9oz)
Came across these by accident after my dog was prescribed meds for life. It has always been a battle to get her to swallow her monthly heartworm so daily was going to be a killer. She loves the taste of the hickory smoke and has not spit a pill out yet. What a great idea these are! (Posted on 12/17/13)

- Pill Pockets are Great! Review by tallredsuze
Gone are the days when you used to put the pill in the back of your dog's mouth (if you could catch them and hold them still), then stroke their throat and wait for them to swallow. Now, I just pinch off a piece of a Pill Pocket, push the little tablets down into it, and give it as a treat. 2 of my 4 dogs are on meds, so I fix 'blanks' for the other 2. I just say "Pillsie" and everyone runs to the kitchen. The product stays fresh in the foil-lined packet until every last crumb is gone. It's one thing I try to always keep on hand. (Posted on 7/20/13)
