I ordered a 12-pack when the local big chain pet supply store was completely out and I got frustrated. I was shocked at the price difference and savings (very close to 1/2 off what I had been paying), and as it seemed my new refills were running out rather fast (granted I never paid much attention before, but 1/2 off seems too good to be true), a little skeptical that they weren't some cut-rate discount batch. So I started to track how long it took to use them up. After using the second-to-last one in the 12-pack, I went back to the aforementioned national retail chain store, picked one up, and tracked how long it took to get to the end. My average days of use after 11 refills from ValuePetSupplies: 20 (two large indoor cats, with clumping litter)...my average after national chain: 18 days. So about the same. As I said...I can't believe the savings. Since I'm on #12 right now, I just re-ordered, and as Arnold says, I'll be back. (Posted on 6/3/13)

I have been using litter locker for my 2 cats for a couple of years. The whole thing is great for cleaning litter daily and not having to worry about smell and mess but it has become more difficult to find refills. I'm glad I am able to find the refills at Value Pet Supplies (Posted on 5/15/13)

Have used this product for a long time now with my 2nd generation of calico cats. It's easy to use and handles a messy, smelly situation very easily. Much higher priced in the local pet product stores if I can even find more than a couple on the shelf. I really appreciate having a package of 12 sent right to my front door! I have had my kitties for a little over a year now and have been using the litter locker the entire time. I was purchasing the litter locker refills via our local Petsmart and paying $12/refill until I stumbled onto this website.
