The service is very prompt just like the others have stated.The value is EXCEPTIONAL...My dogs really enjoy eating them.They do vary in sizes some are 4" and some are 1" but, my German Shepperd really goes to town with them and fights the other dog for the last one.They receive less than a handful..They think they are getting a very large amount. These are fantastic for my large dogs. They are hooked! This price is so much cheaper than other places I have seen. I will be a repeat customer. Same as bully sticks jut cheaper & smaller pieces - better for small dogs too! Highly recommend! I have to hide them from my dogs or they will "stalk" the container. (Posted on 3/18/13)

The delivery was prompt and even faster than I expected. Courteous and well informed staff helped me with my phone order. I WILL purchase this item again. Many pieces were around four inches in length. I think it is a good value for the amount of snacks present in the five pound box. The per pound price is certainly less than purchasing small numbers of bully sticks in the local big name chain stores. My dog loves them as much as the longer six inch sticks.
