Your Rating My 14 year old Beagle mix had surgery for ruptured disks over a year ago. He has to stay in the house most of the time and wears diapers. These pads, which I cut smaller, are used several times each day to absorb urine when I change his diaper. I couldn't do without them. I also use a whole pad on his changing table. use the pads a lot during the day. The pads do absorb a lot and do not leak. I place two sheets side by side to create a big square and they have plenty of room to do their duty.
