ValuePetSupplies (VPS) provides customers with store credits that can be used at the time of purchase. Utilizing these store credits indicates acceptance of the following “Store Credit Terms and Conditions”.
  • Store credits are offered to customers for various reasons. A store credit is given to the customer in the form of a code to be used at check-out on the website. In most cases an email will be sent either from our customer service or marketing department with these codes. If you have misplaced your code, contact the VPS customer service team at 1-800-825-8373 so we may assist you.
  • Store credits expire 30 days after date of issuance unless otherwise expressed. Once expired, the store credits can no longer be used and have no redemptive cash value. No store credit will be active longer than one year from issuance.
  • Store credits may be used to pay for part or the entirety of an order at www.valuepetsupplies.com or over the phone by calling 1-800-825-8373. Multiple store credits can be used in conjunction with one coupon. If the entire store credit is not used, it may be used on a future order as long as the credit has not yet expired.
  • Store credits have no cash value and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Store credits may only be redeemed online at www.valuepetsupplies.com or over the phone at 1-800-825-8373.
  • Store credits must be used at time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to a prior purchase. If an order is placed and the store credit was not used, contact customer service within 30 minutes so it may be revised before the shipment has processed and the order has been completed.
  • Store credits may not be used to pay for subscription (reoccurring) orders. To utilize your store credit, delay the subscription and place the order as a one-time purchase.
  • Store credits are stand-alone but associated to a customer for tracking purposes.
  • Store credits may not be sold or traded. Store credits are not gift cards and if the credit has been sold or traded, VPS has the right to disable the credit.
  • The Credit Terms and Conditions may be changed or modified at any time. If VPS makes changes to these Credit Terms and Conditions, this page will be updated accordingly with a date at the bottom of these Credit Terms and Conditions page.
